Senior Manager, Software Engineering

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGThis position operates within the Saviynt Labs, with a specific focus on innovation and ensuring technological excellence in our software productsYou will lead in recruiting and motivating our Software Product Development Labs engineering teamWork closely with a co-located or closely located team tasked with developing intricate modifications to the core platform, microservices, and new applications.Refine product requirements and use cases into a software roadmap and scrum-level deliverablesCollaborate with the architecture group to re-engineer core product features for improved resilienceDevelop scalable solutions that enable self-service and seamless integration for customers and third-party partnersConcentrate on stabilization efforts to ensure high resilience in core software modules and clear interfaces for connectors and integrations Construct software solutions with user-centric support as a fundamental aspectCollaborate internally to identify and achieve our net retention targets and Net Promoter Score (NPS)Establish a feedback loop and provide insights on prioritization to the Product and Development teams, acting as an extended member of the leadership team
WHAT YOU BRING7+ years of experience leading high-performing software teams at fast-growing companies Proven track record of leading software development projects that encompass a wide range of technologies Experience building security, identity, or authentication applicationsTechnical depth and ability to guide key architectural decisionsDeep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in leading Agile teams in partnership with product management and design functions, ideally in a consumer products companyExceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team membersStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a knack for innovation and creative thinkingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and align with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience partnering your team with off-shore resourcesBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter
- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to):
