Job title : Director / Senior Director - GCC Sales
Experience: 14 - 22 years
Locations: Hyderabad
Work Mode: WFO(5 days)
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee all Capability and Innovations Hubs globally, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Selling IT services/solutions to GCC/ Captive/GIC business, and drive initiatives to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to scale the company's presence in India, GCC, and with global clients.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the Capability and Innovations Hubs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Preferred Expertise:
• Strong Captive Sales & Business Development experience.
• Minimum 5years experience in GCC Sales
• Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
• Own Business and Portfolio.
Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree
