Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tamilnadu for a Director - Schools at Prayaas Consulting. The Director will oversee and lead educational programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and curriculum development standards. Responsibilities include designing and implementing curriculum strategies, leading training programs, coaching educators, and fostering educational leadership across schools. The Director will also evaluate program effectiveness, collaborate with stakeholders to enhance learning outcomes, and drive positive changes in educational practices.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Education methodologies
- Proven experience in Educational Leadership and managing group of schools
- Demonstrated ability to deliver Training and provide Coaching for educators and staff
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and organizational skills
- Proactive approach with a passion for driving meaningful change in the education space
- Experience in policy development or educational reform is an added advantage
- Master's degree in Education, Education Management, or a related field preferred
