We are looking for a Director Sales Support Associate to join our Sales Support team in Noida. This role enhance the efficiency of the sales team by managing operational processes, workflows, and optimizing sales tools and systems. Responsible for streamlining sales operations to support revenue growth and operational excellence. Support sales leadership by implementing the desired go to market strategy, supporting rules of engagement and delivering sales reports, including forecasting, on a regular basis.
About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 10+ Years of Relevant Experience with 5 years of management experience and a proven track record of successful program implementation

- It would be advantageous if you had a Salesforce certification or a passion to achieve a Salesforce certification whilst in the role.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Define and execute the strategic vision for the sales operations and support functions.
- Lead and direct the framework, vision, and optimization of sales tools, CRM systems, and operational processes.
- Analyze market trends, sales performance data, and operational metrics to guide strategic decisions.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales teams to align sales operations with business strategy.
- Manage the sales operations budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost control.
- Represent the sales operations function in executive meetings and contribute to high-level strategic planning.
Management Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the activities of teams across a function or department.
- Define and communicate strategic initiatives at the department-level and provide input on strategic initiatives for the organization.
- Lead and direct the work of a functional area to achieve objectives with significant contribution towards the achievement of short-term and mid-term results for the team, department and organization.
- Create and drive a clear vision for the department, planning for the long-term success of the organization.
- Influence diverse stakeholder groups and drive acceptance of policies, practices and procedures within broader area of responsibility.
- Shape strategic initiatives at the department level and provide significant input on strategic initiatives for the organization.
- Deliver consistent and timely coaching, guidance, and feedback to encourage success and promote growth through regular developmental conversations and identification of opportunities.
- Own decision-making for staffing decisions for the teams.
About The Team
Sales Support Center delivers support & insights to focus sales on the highest value activities. This team is a one-stop contact for the sales organization for anything related to sales processes, system and support to enable our sales organization to close sales opportunities and customer renewals. It offers the opportunity to work closely with the sales team and contribute to the company's revenue growth and provide exceptional support to the sales team, constantly learning about new products, services, and industry trends, which will help me grow professionally.
Hours of Work
2pm to 11 pm IST, but should be flexible whenever required for supporting AMERICAS and APAC regions
