Designation : Director TPM AI
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director - Technical Program Management (AI) to lead large-scale AI and GenAI initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in driving complex technology programs, managing cross-functional global teams, and delivering AI-powered products/platforms at enterprise scale. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, program governance, and technical understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, cloud platforms, and scalable backend systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise AI/GenAI programs across multiple business units.
- Drive strategic roadmap planning, delivery governance, execution tracking, and risk management for AI initiatives.
- Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Product, Architecture, Security, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Manage large cross-functional and globally distributed teams, including TPMs, Engineering Managers, Architects, and AI specialists.
- Define delivery frameworks, operational excellence metrics, program KPIs, and governance models for AI transformation programs.
- Oversee implementation of GenAI, Agentic AI, ML platforms, LLM integrations, and AI automation initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between business goals, product strategy, and technical execution.
- Drive executive-level communication, stakeholder reporting, budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management.
- Lead dependency management, release planning, prioritization, and enterprise-scale change management.
- Establish best practices for Agile, SAFe, DevOps, AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI adoption.
- Mentor senior TPMs and engineering leaders while fostering a high-performance delivery culture.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Delivery, or Technology Leadership roles.
- Strong experience managing large-scale AI/ML, GenAI, or Digital Transformation programs.
- Proven leadership experience handling enterprise-level technology programs and global stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, AI platforms, MLOps, and cloud technologies.
- Experience working with scalable distributed systems and backend architectures.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum, SAFe delivery models, program governance, and release management.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent communication, executive presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, drive strategic decisions, and influence senior leadership.
