The ideal candidate is responsible for providing executive leadership, strategic governance, and operational oversight for complex, cross-functional programs spanning product, technology, and revenue cycle management workflows. Leads enterprise-level initiatives across Product, Implementation, RCM SMEs, and Engineering, ensuring alignment to business priorities, delivery excellence, and measurable impact on revenue performance, operational efficiency, and stakeholder outcomes.
Core Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Governance
- Lead enterprise-wide product implementation programs across Product, Technology Integration, and RCM stakeholder groups.
- Establish and oversee program governance, delivery standards, escalation paths, and executive reporting processes.
- Translate strategic business objectives into integrated program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
- Provide executive oversight for program risks, issue resolution, change control, and decision-making across complex implementations.
Cross-Functional Execution
- Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure product capabilities, workflow design, technical delivery, and stakeholder needs remain tightly coordinated.
- Partner with senior leaders to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and balance short-term delivery needs with long-term strategic goals.
- Lead senior stakeholder communication, including steering committees, executive updates, and cross-functional governance forums.
Capability Building
- Build scalable program management practices, tools, and operating models that improve execution consistency and organizational maturity.
- Mentor program managers and cross-functional leaders while fostering accountability, collaboration, and high-performance delivery across teams.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field and/or advanced program leadership certification (PMP, PgMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) preferred.
Role Prerequisites:
- 10-14 years of progressive experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in healthcare technology, revenue cycle management, or SaaS environments.
- 5+ years in a senior program leadership role with responsibility for enterprise initiatives, governance, and executive stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale product implementation, transformation, or operational improvement programs across multiple teams and business functions.
- Strong background working across matrixed organizations.
- Proven success driving program execution, organizational alignment, and measurable business outcomes at scale.
