We are looking for an experienced Payroll Leader for a Director – Payroll opportunity with a leading global Asset Management Firm in Mumbai.
đź’Ľ Experience: 12+ years of experience with strong expertise in end-to-end India payroll and global/multi-country payroll exposure.
Key Requirements:-
• Strong India Payroll & statutory compliance expertise
• Global / Multi-country Payroll exposure
• Payroll tax, controls, reconciliations & audits
• Vendor management & governance
• Strong team/people management experience
• Payroll transformation & process improvement
• Workday or similar HRMS exposure preferred
• Financial Services / GCC / Shared Services experience preferred
