Job Description

  • Assist in identifying and sourcing prospective tenants for commercial properties.
  • Support senior team members in leasing transactions and client coordination.
  • Maintain property listings and databases of available commercial spaces.
  • Coordinate and schedule site visits with prospective clients.
  • Prepare and share proposals, brochures, and leasing documents.
  • Assist in lease negotiations under guidance from the senior team.
  • Keep track of leasing pipeline and prepare regular reports.
  • Liaise with landlords, property owners, and brokers for property listings and updates.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis in target micro-markets.
  • Support documentation, due diligence, and compliance processes.
