Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Director of Training. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and revising training curricula, managing training budgets, conducting training sessions, and fostering a continuous learning environment. This role involves collaborating with different teams and stakeholders to ensure all training initiatives meet the company’s strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Curriculum Development and Training & Development
- Strong knowledge and experience in Training and Employee Training
- Familiarity with Budgeting and resource allocation for training programs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a virtual environment
- Experience in corporate, educational, or organizational training roles preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
