Required Qualifications:
- 14+ years of software. 3+ Years in GenAI engineering experience with leadership roles in
- large-scale, cloud-native environments.
- Proven track record building and scaling complex AI/ML systems, including generative AI,
- LLM deployments, or advanced analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of modern tech stacks across Kubernetes, distributed systems, APIs,
- and ML infrastructure.
- Expertise partnering with external AI ecosystem partners and integrating cutting-edge AI
- technologies into production.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Excellent strategic and execution mindset with a bias for measurable outcomes.
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders across
- technology, product, and business domains.
- Ability to build and scale high-performance engineering teams in a fast-moving, global
- environment.
Communication
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical strategy and trade-offs to senior
leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with OpenAPI’s to build and enhance AI-driven solutions.
- Background in driving new GenAI projects with a focus on customer satisfaction and
- Business impact.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to execute efficiently
- under pressure.
