Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abroad for a Director of Technology. The Director of Technology will lead the company’s technology operations, develop and implement IT strategies, and oversee current IT projects to align with business objectives. This role includes program management, leading technology teams, and ensuring successful delivery of key projects and initiatives. The candidate will leverage their technical expertise and leadership abilities to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Information Technology and IT Strategy for implementing effective technical solutions.
- Strong skills in Program Management and Project Management to oversee and successfully deliver complex projects.
- Experience with Team Leadership, fostering collaboration, and mentoring technical teams.
- Proven ability to align technology initiatives with business goals and deliver measurable impact.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong understanding of the immigration or consultancy industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
