Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for the position of Director of Technology and Operations. The role involves leading the development and implementation of IT strategies, managing programs and projects, and driving operational excellence across the organization. The director will oversee the technology infrastructure, lead cross-functional teams, foster innovation, and ensure alignment of tech initiatives with business goals. Responsibilities also include optimizing processes, ensuring efficient use of technology resources, and maintaining data security and compliance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Information Technology and IT Strategy development to oversee and optimize technology systems.
- Strong Program Management and Project Management skills, with experience in handling large-scale projects from ideation to execution.
- Proven Team Leadership capabilities, with the ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams effectively.
- Experience in operational planning and strategic decision-making to align technology goals with business objectives.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for identifying and addressing complex challenges effectively.
- Familiarity with current trends and emerging technologies in automation and operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience managing technology operations in a leadership capacity, ideally within automation or related industries, is preferred.
