The Role
We're seeking a strategic and seasoned Director of Technical Solution Delivery to lead our global enterprise delivery organization. This executive-level role is responsible for setting delivery vision, building and scaling high-performing teams, and owning the end-to-end success of complex AI and infrastructure implementations for marquee enterprise clients.
As a Director, you will define and champion delivery excellence across FuturePath AI's portfolio - spanning ITOps, FinOps, HROps, and business automation — while cultivating deep executive relationships with global clients. You will be a key member of the senior leadership team, influencing go-to-market strategy, product direction, and organizational capability-building.
The Role
We're seeking a seasoned candidate with a strong System Integrator (SI) background to spearhead complex AI and infrastructure implementations for global enterprise organizations. In this high-impact, client-facing position, you'll manage the complete project lifecycle-from planning and infrastructure design to application deployment and ongoing operations-while ensuring reliability, scalability, and strategic business alignment.
Your role extends beyond execution: you'll enhance delivery frameworks, streamline operational processes across ITOps, FinOps, HROps, and business automation initiatives, and develop team capabilities to achieve world-class outcomes consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise AI and infrastructure delivery – Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and management of complex implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams including product managers, project engineers, and implementation specialists
- Manage complete implementation lifecycle – Guide clients through installation, infrastructure configuration, application deployment, and ongoing operational management to ensure seamless adoption
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships – Act as the primary delivery point of contact across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment, transparency, and trust
- Drive project governance and risk management – Own project planning, scope definition, dependency tracking, risk mitigation, and escalation management to guarantee successful outcomes
- Ensure compliance and best practices – Maintain adherence to security protocols, governance frameworks, and industry standards throughout all delivery phases
- Optimize delivery frameworks – Continuously refine and enhance delivery methodologies to improve efficiency and consistency across multiple product implementations
- Develop high-performing teams – Mentor and coach delivery teams to elevate technical capabilities, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction
- Align technical delivery with business strategy – Partner with enterprise stakeholders to ensure IT infrastructure, FinOps, HROps, and automation initiatives directly support organizational objectives and deliver measurable business value
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience: 5+ years in cloud infrastructure project management, enterprise systems integration (SI background strongly preferred), or large-scale IT service delivery
- Proven delivery expertise: Demonstrated success managing complex infrastructure deployments, application lifecycle management, and high-stakes client-facing implementation projects
- Technical proficiency: Working knowledge of virtualization technologies, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), enterprise application architectures, and modern infrastructure automation
- Leadership capabilities: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and drive projects to successful completion
- Client relationship management: Exceptional skills in client engagement, expectation management, and building trusted advisor relationships with technical and executive stakeholders
- Methodology expertise: Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, ITIL, and hybrid delivery frameworks with the ability to adapt approaches based on project needs
- Tooling proficiency: Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration platforms (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc.)
- Certifications (preferred): ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum Master, or relevant cloud certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional, etc.)
Must Have Skills
- Experience with AI-enabled IT operations or AIOps platforms
- Prior experience with global enterprise clients (especially US-based organizations)
