The Vision
LuxeVenue.ai is India’s first AI-driven ecosystem redefining luxury event curation. We bridge the gap between High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and elite 5-star hospitality groups (The Leela, Taj, Marriott). As we scale toward our July 2026 launch, we are seeking an industry leader to oversee our supply-side acquisition and corporate revenue strategy.
The Role
This is a high-impact leadership position. You will be the "Face of LuxeVenue.ai" to the hospitality industry. Your primary mandate is to onboard elite 5-star properties and drive high-ticket corporate sales through strategic alliances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hotel Onboarding: Leverage your existing network to onboard General Managers and Regional Directors of 5-star hotel chains across India.
- Corporate Sales: Drive large-scale corporate event bookings and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) business.
- Strategic Roadmap: Design the GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy for inventory optimization and luxury service integration.
- Stakeholder Management: Negotiate high-level contracts and long-term partnership agreements with hospitality owners and corporate CXOs.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent LuxeVenue.ai at top-tier hospitality forums and luxury networking events.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Background: You have spent 6-10+ years in leadership roles within 5-star hospitality brands (Director of Sales, Director of Marketing, or General Manager).
- Network: You have a "Rolodex" of GMs, Owners, and Corporate Decision-makers ready to be activated.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are bored with the traditional hospitality setup and want to disrupt the industry using AI and Technology.
- Elegance & Authority: You possess the poise to negotiate with VVIPs and the strategic depth to build a multi-million dollar business.
