Role Description
This is a contract-based hybrid role for the Director of Staffing at Gegnat Inc., located in the Noida Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The Director of Staffing will oversee staffing operations, manage recruitment strategies, and ensure efficient hiring processes. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand staffing needs, leading efforts to identify and recruit qualified candidates, and developing training programs to enhance workforce skills. Additional responsibilities include managing employee benefit programs and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Staffing Services and Recruiting strategies within a competitive market
- Strong skills in Hiring and Talent Acquisition, including workforce planning and resource allocation
- Experience in Training team members to enhance employee skills and performance
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and designing programs that enhance organizational retention
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, hybrid work environments
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in an executive or managerial staffing role is an advantage
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
