Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Director based in Ujjain. The Sales Director will oversee and drive sales operations, design and implement effective sales strategies, and develop strong relationships with clients. The role will involve managing a team, fostering business growth opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Sales Director will be responsible for meeting revenue goals and aligning sales activities with organizational targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Experience in Customer Service and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven leadership capabilities in Team Management and mentoring sales teams for optimal performance
- Expertise in Business Development and identifying new market opportunities to drive revenue
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry or prior experience within the hotel sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
