**What you’ll drive:**
• Multi-channel growth across enterprise, distributors, and partners
• Consultant adoption of compliance-led modular systems
• Brand scale from strong product to market leader
**You fit if you:**
• Have 15+ years in B2B industrial sales (electrical/switchgear/panels)
• Understand specifiers and distribution-led growth
• Have scaled multi-market, multi-channel businesses
