About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Director of Marketing & Sales Enablement to drive high-impact go-to-market initiatives and directly enable revenue growth. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, research, and media partnerships and requires someone who is equally strong in strategy, execution, and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Enable the GTM team with messaging, tools, and materials that increase sales effectiveness
- Own and execute cold and transactional email campaigns end-to-end
- Produce all sales and marketing materials, including decks and infographics
- Design and optimize websites and landing pages
- Build reporting and measurement frameworks using advanced Excel skills
- Manage media partnerships and align sales, research, and publishing efforts
- Lead and mentor a small team while remaining hands-on
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10+ years of B2B marketing and sales enablement experience
- Proven expertise in email marketing and outbound cadences
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Strong Photoshop (or equivalent) design skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel reporting and analytics skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environments
