Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Sales and Business Development located in Dehradun. The Director will be instrumental in devising sales strategies, implementing business development initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer service to achieve growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales and Sales Operations, with a strong ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Proven Team Management skills to lead, mentor, and motivate sales professionals
- Expertise in Business Development to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive organizational growth
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in wellness or healthcare solutions is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
