Role Description
The Director of Sales and Business Development will lead efforts to drive revenue growth, expand business opportunities, and oversee sales operations. Responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, ensuring superior customer service, and leading a team to achieve targets. Working closely with leadership, this position aims to enhance market presence and identify new business opportunities. This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for occasional remote work.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Sales Operations to drive revenue growth and efficiency
- Strong expertise in Business Development to identify and capture new opportunities
- Experience in Team Management, with leadership abilities and team collaboration
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to maintain client satisfaction and long-term relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track and measure business performance
- Prior experience in hospitality or a related industry is an advantage
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred
