Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Director of Real Estate. The Director will oversee lease negotiations, property acquisitions, and lease administration while managing the operations and financial aspects of properties. They will lead property management strategies, monitor lease agreements, and ensure optimal tenant relationships. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to support real estate objectives and compliance requirements aligned with the company’s goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Lease Negotiations and Lease Administration
- Solid knowledge and experience in Finance and Property Management
- Understanding of leasing processes, including drafting, reviewing, and managing property leases
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize property value and operations
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and compliance regulations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
