We are looking for a QA Director to lead and shape our enterprise-wide quality engineering vision and execution.

This is a strategic leadership role where you will partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, and SRE leaders to embed testability, automation, performance, and reliability into the core of our platforms.

What you’ll drive:

• Quality and automation as a first-class architectural priority
• Organisation-wide automation maturity and competency frameworks
• Advanced testing practices including AI-driven testing, performance engineering, and reliability
• Strategic investments in tools, infrastructure, and capabilities
• Influence on roadmaps, risk posture, and engineering decisions at scale

We’re looking for:

• 15–18+ years in Quality Engineering / Automation / Performance
• Proven leadership in defining and scaling quality strategy
• Strong experience in performance engineering, observability, and reliability
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive transformation
