Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Pulmonology based in New Delhi. The Director of Pulmonology will lead and oversee the specialized pulmonology department, developing treatment plans, supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include diagnosing and managing pulmonary diseases, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, mentoring junior staff, implementing evidence-based medical practices, and staying updated on advancements in pulmonology. Administrative duties may include strategic planning, operational management, and adherence to healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive expertise in pulmonology, respiratory medicine, and critical care
• Experience in staff supervision, mentoring junior medical professionals, and team collaboration
• Proficiency in developing and implementing patient care protocols and treatment plans
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with administrative and operational management in a healthcare setting
• Advanced degree in medicine (MD or equivalent) with a specialization in Pulmonology
• Valid medical license and certifications as required by regulatory authorities
