The organization works toward a more equal society, more sustainable business practices, and a “new definition of winning” that prioritizes collective well-being over short-term gains.
SotG Global operates through four key pillars: Impactful Networks, Impact Coaching Coalition, NGO support and networking, and a long-term Global Social Movement. Through these pillars, the foundation supports individuals, organizations, and communities with networking, training, coaching, and systems that help maximize their social impact. Day-to-day tasks include assessing needs across the organization, advising on support resources and referral pathways, providing guidance to team leaders on managing stress and burnout, and helping shape policies that foster psychologically safe environments. The role also includes contributing to content development, participating in virtual meetings, and mentoring volunteers or team members involved in psycho-social support projects.
