Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Product
Management to lead our product team and drive the strategic direction of our OOH
technology solutions. The successful candidate will oversee a diverse team including
Product Managers, UI/UX designers, and Technical Writers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Vision & Roadmap:
○ Develop and articulate a clear product strategy and vision, aligning the
product roadmap and product goals with the company’s overall goals,
market trends, and customer needs.
○ Set the strategic vision and roadmap for the product portfolio.
2. Product Development & Management:
○ Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
○ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
and gaps.
○ Oversee product development and launch activities.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination:
○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales, Marketing,
Customer Success) to ensure successful product execution.
○ Foster collaboration with engineering, product design, marketing, and other
departments.
4. Performance & Market Analysis:
○ Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to
identify new product opportunities and enhance existing solutions.
○ Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
○ Make data-driven decisions to manage product performance.
5. Team Leadership & Mentorship:
○ Lead and inspire a team of product managers, UI/UX designers, and technical
writers.
○ Coordinate their activities to ensure that they meet key performance
indicators (KPIs).
○ Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and
customer-centricity within the product team.
6. Partner Management:
○ Manage partnerships and integrations with various products and companies
within our domain, including DSPs, SSPs, CMSs, Ad Servers, and data providers.
○ Collaborate with partners to integrate their products and services seamlessly
with our solutions.
○ Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing
collaboration and mutual benefit.
7. Stakeholder Management:
○ Present product strategies and roadmaps to executive leadership and key
stakeholders.
○ Ensure alignment between product goals and business objectives.
8. Go-to-Market Strategies:
○ Successfully plan product launches by collaborating with product marketing,
the development team, and the sales teams.
○ Develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and pricing.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA
is a plus.
● 15+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership
role.
● Proven track record of successfully developing and launching enterprise B2B software
products.
● Deep understanding of the OOH advertising industry and related technologies (DSP,
SSP, DMP, Ad Servers).
● Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate
complex technical concepts.
● Experience in managing and mentoring product management and design teams.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
● Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive
leadership.
