🚀 The role
- We’re looking for a Head of Product (Growth) who will leading the India team (Engineering+Product) to drive product-led growth across India and APAC.
- This role is focused on building features and experiences that make the product a daily habit - through continuous iteration, experimentation, and deep user understanding.
🧠 What you’ll do
- Own and drive PLG strategy for India/APAC
- Build and iterate on features that improve activation, retention, and engagement
- Run A/B experiments across onboarding, lifecycle, and core product flows
- Analyze user behavior using cohorts, funnels, and engagement metrics
- Drive improvements in DAU/MAU, retention, and feature adoption
- Partner with design, engineering, and data to ship impactful product changes
- Represent the voice of India/APAC users in a global product
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers
✅ What we’re looking for
- 7–12 years in product management, focused on consumer products
- Strong track record of driving product-led growth (PLG)
- Experience owning retention, engagement, activation, or monetization metrics
- Hands-on experience with experimentation (A/B testing) and iteration
- Built and scaled features in products with millions of users (10M+)
- Strong product sense and understanding of user behavior & habit loops
- Experience leading or mentoring PMs
🌏 Preferred background
- Experience in gaming, social, streaming, fintech, or content platforms
- Built for India/APAC markets
- Exposure to consumer AI products is a plus
