We're looking for a fresher Director of Photography who is serious about their craft. No degree required. No certificates needed. If you have the skills and a portfolio that proves it — we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
You'll be an integral part of our creative team, producing high-quality visual content across photography and video for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and executing photo and video shoots for brands and products
- Setting up and managing professional lighting for studio and on-location shoots
- Operating DSLR and mirrorless cameras with confidence
- Editing photos and videos to a professional standard for delivery
- Color grading footage to match brand aesthetics and visual style
- Syncing audio, cutting sequences, and exporting content across formats
- Collaborating with the design and marketing teams on creative direction
- Keeping up with trends in visual content, reels, and short-form video
What We're Looking For
- Strong camera operation skills — DSLR or mirrorless
- Good understanding of lighting setups, angles, and techniques
- Proficiency in editing software — Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Photo editing skills in Lightroom and/or Photoshop
- Knowledge of color grading, transitions, and post-production workflows
- A sharp eye for composition, framing, and storytelling through visuals
- Ability to handle feedback, meet deadlines, and work as part of a team
- Bonus: experience with After Effects, motion graphics, drone footage, or studio setups
