Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Director of Performance Marketing – Facebook & Google Paid Media. The role involves leading the planning, execution, and optimization of Facebook and Google paid media campaigns to drive business growth. This includes managing budgets, analyzing campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities, conducting market research, and collaborating with stakeholders to align marketing strategies with company goals. The role will oversee all aspects of paid media initiatives, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management
- Strong skills in Market Research
- Experience in Marketing and Sales strategies
- Proficiency in managing Facebook and Google paid media campaigns
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in the construction, infrastructure, or related industries is an asset
Project Information
Duration: 6 months
Project Budget: $800,000 - $1,000,000 USD
Monthly Fixed Salary: $4,500 - $7,500 USD
Bonus: Attractive performance-based commission
