Role Description
This is a contract, remote role for a Director of Performance Marketing – Facebook & Google Paid Media. The role involves overseeing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google platforms. Responsibilities include developing strategic marketing plans, conducting market research, managing advertising budgets, and analyzing campaign performance to drive ROI. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals will also be an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Marketing Management
- Strong expertise in Marketing and Sales
- Experience in conducting Market Research to drive informed decision-making
- Exceptional data analysis and reporting skills to measure campaign success
- Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities
- Proven success in managing performance marketing campaigns, particularly on Facebook and Google platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Experience in managing advertising budgets and generating ROI
Project Information
Duration: 6 months
Project Budget: $700,000 - $1,000,000 USD
Monthly Fixed Salary: $3,500 - $5,500 USD
Bonus: Attractive performance-based commission
