Role Description
As Director of Operations, you will be the driving force behind the seamless day-to-day running of all Zioks locations. You'll work directly with the founders to build systems, lead teams, and ensure every member and client experiences Zioks at its best - every single day. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and growth.
What We're Looking For
- 5 - 10 years of operations management experience, ideally in hospitality, real estate, coworking, facilities management, or a multi-site service business
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-location teams and manage cross-functional operations
- Strong financial acumen - comfortable with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- A systems thinker who can build structure without killing culture
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills — with clients, teams, and vendors alike
- Experience with CRM or workspace management platforms is a plus
- A genuine passion for community building and creating exceptional environments
