Job Title: Director of Operations– Whitecaps Culinary Education Pvt Ltd

Reports to: Directors
We are seeking a high-calibre leader to take full ownership of our premier pastry school. As the General Manager, you will lead a team of 20–25+ professionals and be responsible for the entire ecosystem—from daily operations to bottom-line profitability and Business development.
Core Responsibilities (80% Focus):
Total Operations: Full oversight of daily facility management, financial planning, and operational safety.
Learning Excellence: Maintaining a world-class, conducive atmosphere for pastry education. Strategy & P&L: Driving marketing and sales strategies with direct accountability for the P&L.
Stakeholder Relations: High-level reporting and alignment with Directors.
Qualifications:
8-10+ years of senior leadership experience.
Proven track record of managing teams of 20–25+ people.
A "business owner" mindset with the ability to manage all facets of a high-end educational institution.
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly Budget: Negotiable based on experience and track record.

Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Operations Management and a track record of ensuring efficient business processes.
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, decision-making, and evaluating operational metrics.
- Effective Team Management skills to lead, collaborate, and motivate diverse teams successfully.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to manage resources and control costs effectively.
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities to maintain high standards of client satisfaction.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience in the hospitality, culinary, or educational sector is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
