Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Director of Operations at The Subtle Standard, located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Director of Operations will oversee high-level operational strategy, manage day-to-day workflows, and optimize processes to ensure organizational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing budgets, leading teams, ensuring alignment across departments, and improving customer service processes. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to align operational strategies with the company’s goals and vision.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Operations Management to optimize workflows and oversee organizational efficiency
- Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating processes, solving problems, and streamlining systems
- Proven experience in Team Management and the ability to motivate and lead multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in Budgeting, including resource allocation and financial planning
- Strong Customer Service skills to enhance client relationships and improve service delivery
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Strategic decision-making skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
