Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Director of Operations. The Director of Operations will oversee day-to-day operational activities, including team management, operational strategy implementation, and monitoring key performance indicators to ensure efficiency. This role involves driving operational excellence, managing engineering projects, streamlining processes, and fostering collaboration across departments to achieve organizational goals. The selected candidate will also work on optimizing engineering operations, ensuring client satisfaction, and guiding the team to align performance with the company’s vision.
Qualifications
- Operational leadership skills, including project management, team leadership, and operational strategy development
- Experience with advanced engineering tools and software including CATIA V5, Siemens NX, CAD, FEA tools, and 3D modeling
- Knowledge of process optimization, CAD and CAE automation services, and design workflow streamlining
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, application development, and share point applications is an added advantage
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
- A high degree of initiative, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with a preference for candidates holding advanced degrees or relevant certifications
