Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Operations based in Hyderabad. The Director of Operations will oversee the day-to-day management of operations, analyze data to improve processes, handle budgeting, lead and mentor teams, and ensure excellent customer service standards. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive organizational efficiency and strategic growth.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Operations Management and proven ability to oversee and improve business processes
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to evaluate metrics, solve problems, and inform decision-making
- Experience in Team Management and the ability to inspire, guide, and manage diverse teams
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to ensure cost-effective operations
- Commitment to high-quality Customer Service to maintain strong client satisfaction and relationships
- Exceptional communication skills and strategic thinking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA is preferred)
- Prior experience in the education technology or school administration sector is a plus
