We are seeking a strategic and execution focused Director of Operations and Revenue to drive operational excellence while building a predictable and scalable revenue engine.
Role Overview:
This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Company Management. The Director of Operations and Revenue will own:
· Operational performance
· Delivery governance
· Revenue growth
· Sales process maturity
· Marketing alignment
· Customer retention
This role combines operations leadership with commercial accountability, making it ideal for a results-driven operator who understands IT services, margin discipline, and scalable growth models.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operational Leadership
· Lead end-to-end delivery operations
· Establish scalable processes to support multi-client, multi-project execution
· Implement KPIs for utilization, margin, project health, and client satisfaction
· Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization
· Revenue and Sales Leadership
· Own company revenue targets and growth strategy
· Build and formalize the sales process (lead → proposal → close → renewal)
· Implement CRM governance and pipeline forecasting discipline
· Improve win rates, deal size, and sales cycle efficiency
· Establish pricing frameworks aligned to margin targets
· Strengthen account expansion and cross-sell strategy
· Marketing Alignment
· Oversee marketing operations and demand generation efforts
· Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and revenue targets
· Track campaign ROI and customer acquisition cost
· Refine service positioning and go-to-market messaging
· Financial and P&L Management
· Own operational budget and contribute to company P&L
· Monitor gross margins, billable utilization, and revenue per employee
· Improve forecasting accuracy and financial reporting discipline
· Optimize resource planning across onshore/offshore teams
· Customer Success & Retention
· Oversee client engagement strategy
· Improve retention, renewal rates, and customer satisfaction metrics
· Lead executive-level client escalations when required
Qualifications:
· 15+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or technology operations
· 5+ years in leadership role with P&L responsibility
· Proven track record scaling revenue in a services-based organization
· Strong understanding of cloud, software development lifecycle, and DevOps environments
· Strong financial and analytical capabilities
