Hiring: Director of Operations

We are inviting an Ed-Tech operations leader to join us in this mission!
We have built powerful programs that inspire women to WIN.
Your role will be to enable women to take consistent actions towards their dreams through structures, technology and powerful human engagement – through our programs.
You will drive a team, the systems, and overall processes that ensure that every ‘Iron Lady’ WINS and has a world-class experience while doing so.
This role is for someone who:
- Thinks of collaboration with customers and impact
- Thinks in systems, technology and scale along with people
- Brings order to growing environments
- Believes execution is leadership
This role may be a good fit for you if:
- You have built and scaled operational systems in a growing organisation, preferably an Ed-Tech organization
- You have managed cross-functional teams (content, tech, delivery, or similar)
- You understand process discipline, reporting, and accountability
- You can move between strategy and ground-level execution comfortably
- You are comfortable owning large outcomes — not just tasks
This role oversees execution across functions, including Content and Technology teams.

Our leadership hiring follows a 6-step process:
