Job Title: Partner – India Delivery & Client Management

Evantis Consulting is a specialist IT recruitment business headquartered in Birmingham, UK, placing technology professionals with clients across the UK and Europe. We currently operate with a lean remote team in India and are now ready to build a dedicated delivery hub in Delhi.
The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to join at the ground floor as a Partner, not just a manager. You will build our Delhi team from the start, own recruitment delivery end to end, and take on key client relationships. The right person will help shape the business as it grows, with genuine influence over strategy, hiring and how we work.
Key Responsibilities
Team Building & Leadership
- Set up and scale a recruitment delivery team in Delhi, over the next 12–18 months
- Hire, onboard, train and mentor recruiters, sourcers and team leads
- Set KPIs, run daily and weekly performance reviews, and build a high-accountability culture
- Define recruitment processes, quality standards and best practices across the team
Recruitment Delivery
- Own delivery across permanent and contract IT roles for UK and European clients
- Ensure strong submission-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios
- Oversee sourcing strategy across job boards, LinkedIn and internal databases
- Manage ATS/CRM usage, pipeline reporting and delivery metrics
- Handle complex, niche and senior technology requirements personally where needed
Client Management
- Manage relationships with large System Integrator (SI) partners and enterprise clients
- Navigate SI vendor processes, including supplier portals, rate cards, compliance and onboarding
- Lead requirement calls, take briefs and set realistic delivery expectations
- Run regular account reviews and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
- Support the UK team on new client wins with delivery capability and solution input
Business Growth
- Work closely with the Founder on business planning, pricing and growth strategy
- Identify new SI and partner relationships that the India hub can support
- Contribute to budgeting, headcount planning and office setup in Delhi
Experience & Skills Required
- 10+ years in IT recruitment, with at least 4–5 years leading recruitment teams
- Proven experience delivering for large SI partners (e.g. TCS, Infosys, Wipro, HCLTech, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra or similar)
- Track record of recruiting for UK and/or European markets, including understanding of contract (IR35 awareness desirable) and permanent hiring
- Strong client-facing skills with experience managing key accounts directly
- Experience building or scaling a team from scratch is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of technology skillsets (cloud, data, SAP, cyber, software engineering, etc.)
- Comfortable with recruitment tools, ATS/CRM platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on, and comfortable working in a growing business
- Willing to work overlapping hours with the UK
What Success Looks Like in the First 12 Months
- Delhi team established and operating to agreed KPIs
- Consistent, measurable delivery for existing UK and European clients
- At least [2–3] SI or enterprise accounts managed directly from India
- Clear processes, reporting and training in place across the team
