About Care ADHD
Care ADHD is a healthtech organisation redefining how neurodevelopmental care is delivered. We are building a model that is accessible, affordable, and clinically robust, using technology, strong operational design, and high-quality people to scale safely.
Following rapid growth in the UK, we are launching in India. This role will be critical in establishing our operational foundations, building a high performing team, and scaling delivery across major cities.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Director to lead the setup and scale of Care ADHD India. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for operational delivery and profit and loss.
You will establish the Bangalore operation, build the team, and create a scalable model that can expand into multiple Tier 1 cities. You do not need prior ADHD experience. What matters is your ability to operate within healthcare, build systems that work, and scale services efficiently while maintaining quality.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Establish and lead the Bangalore operational hub
- Build and manage multidisciplinary teams across clinical and non clinical functions
- Design and implement scalable operating models that support rapid growth
- Ensure operational performance aligns with company targets and standards
Profit and Loss Ownership
- Own the full P&L for India operations
- Drive revenue growth alongside cost control and margin optimisation
- Build forecasting models alongside our CFO and track performance against financial targets
- Identify and execute opportunities to improve profitability
Scaling and Expansion
- Develop and execute the expansion strategy into Tier 1 cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, and Hyderabad
- Create repeatable playbooks for launching new locations
- Ensure consistency in delivery, quality, and patient experience across all sites
Team Building and Culture
- Recruit, develop, and retain high performing teams
- Build a culture aligned with Care ADHD values, with a focus on accountability, pace, and quality
- Lead senior hires across operations, clinical, and support functions
Quality and Governance
- Work closely with clinical and governance leads to ensure safe, compliant care delivery
- Embed processes that support high quality outcomes at scale
- Ensure operational systems support regulatory requirements in India
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product, technology, and clinical leadership to build an integrated care model
- Support the development of digital tools that enhance efficiency and patient experience
- Act as the operational bridge between UK leadership and India teams
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Senior operational leadership experience within healthcare, healthtech, or a regulated service environment
- Proven track record of scaling operations across multiple sites or regions
- Experience owning or significantly influencing P&L performance
- Experience building teams from early stage through to scale
Capabilities
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth and profitability
- Ability to design systems and processes that scale effectively
