About UsCreative Caffeine Design Studio is a creative agency based in Bangalore. We have experience working with clients across various industries, helping them with their design and marketing needs. We are now looking to expand into new areas within the design space.
Role Description We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to lead business and marketing at Creative Caffeine. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build something from the ground up and grow with the company. This is an equity-based role. A salary will be introduced once the business becomes profitable.
Key Responsibilities• Bring in new clients and support business growth
• Work on business strategy and expansion plans
• Build and manage client relationships (in India and overseas)
• Help set up new business verticals
• Ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality
• Be involved in decisions related to operations, hiring, and scaling
Requirements• Minimum 3 years of experience in design, business development, marketing, or operations
• Good understanding of design tools and AI
• Strong ownership mindset and willingness to take responsibility
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup
• Good communication skills, especially for international clients
• Startup or leadership experience is a plus
