Role Description
As the Director of Operations – Airline BPO, you will lead and oversee the daily operational activities of the airline-focused Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) unit. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram includes managing large teams, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring service excellence to exceed client expectations. You will be responsible for strategic planning, operational oversight, budget adherence, and delivering seamless customer experiences tailored to the airline industry. This role requires a strategic leader who can foster team collaboration while driving business outcomes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Operations Management and Budgeting to ensure efficient processes and financial oversight.
- Excellent Team Management skills to lead, mentor, and motivate teams for high-performance outcomes.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions.
- Experience in Customer Service to maintain and enhance client satisfaction and experience.
- Strong communication, strategic problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to dynamic environments.
- Proven experience leading BPO or similar operations in the airline or service industry.
- Relevant educational background such as a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma is a plus.
