Our client is a billion-dollar industrial and warehousing focused development firm.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in land acquisition, business developement and liaisoning in Industrial & Warehousing domain.
MUST Requirement:
- 5 to 25+ years of experience in Industrial & Warehousing industry.
- Strong expertise in land acquisition, business developement and liaisoning
- Industry experience: Industrial, Warehousing, Land, 3PL
- Successfully concluded/part of end-to-end land acquisition or M&A deals for Industrial & Warehousing.
Location: Mumbai/ Bengaluru/ NCR
