We’re Hiring: Director of IT Infrastructure

As part of our continued transformation, we are looking for a Director of IT Infrastructure to lead our global infrastructure organization and drive the next stage of operational maturity.

🌐 Context

Over the past few years, we have successfully transitioned most of our infrastructure to AWS cloud environments.

We are currently driving:

• Continuous simplification and standardization of our IT landscape

• Re-internalization of IT Service Management (ITSM)

• Strengthened governance and service quality

We are now entering a new phase focused on resilience, efficiency, and strategic control.

🎯 Role Overview

Reporting to senior IT leadership, you will:

• Define and execute global infrastructure strategy

• Ensure scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency

• Lead a hybrid team (internal + outsourced) of ~15 professionals

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Own data network infrastructure end-to-end

• Oversee enterprise communication systems globally

• Manage hosting environments (primarily AWS)

• Lead End User Computing (EUC) for 2,000+ users across ~20 sites

• Drive resilience and business continuity initiatives

• Accelerate infrastructure standardization & rationalization

• Manage outsourcing partners and vendors

• Define infrastructure roadmap aligned with business goals

• Monitor service performance, SLAs, and costs

• Collaborate with cybersecurity, applications, and business teams

• Improve service reliability and resilience

• Simplify platforms and vendor ecosystem

• Strengthen governance of external partners

• Build scalable infrastructure supporting business growth

👤 Profile

• 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure leadership

• Strong expertise in networking, AWS cloud, communications, and EUC

• Experience managing global teams & outsourcing models

• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication

• B.E / MBA preferred
