Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Director of Investor Relations. The Director of Investor Relations will manage stakeholder communications, develop and execute investor relations strategies, and foster relationships with the investment community. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, crafting and distributing press releases, conducting financial modeling for strategic initiatives, and providing analytical insights to stakeholders. The role will also require active involvement in managing corporate communications and building trust with investors while representing the company’s mission and strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Investor Relations and proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and the investment community.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Financial Modeling to assess company performance and develop data-driven insights.
- Experience in Finance, including an understanding of corporate financial statements and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience crafting effective Press Releases and investor presentations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) is preferred.
- At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in investor relations, financial management, or related fields.
