Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Director – Infrastructure/Construction located in Abroad. The Project Director will oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution to achieve delivery within defined timelines and budgets. Key responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, managing teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, resolving project challenges, and driving strategic decisions to ensure the success of infrastructure and construction projects.
Qualifications
- Project Management skills including planning, organizing, and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects
- Experience in Budgeting, Cost Management, and Financial Analysis related to construction projects
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance, Safety Compliance, and Regulatory Standards in construction
- Team Leadership and Stakeholder Management skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate across diverse teams
- Proficiency in Construction-specific tools and software for project tracking and reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills, decision-making capabilities, and ability to handle project challenges effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; advanced certification or postgraduate qualification a plus
- Proven track record in completing large infrastructure or construction projects successfully
