Responsibilities

- Team Leadership and Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the client servicing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and provide insightful recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Client Advocacy and Retention: Act as a strong advocate for clients within the organization, proactively addressing their needs and concerns to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Business Development Support: Collaborate with the business development team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, leveraging existing client relationships and industry insights.
