Job Title: Director – Influencer Marketing
Role Overview:
We are looking for a visionary Director – Influencer Marketing to lead business strategy, drive
revenue growth, and oversee large-scale influencer marketing operations, client relationships, and
team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
● Define and drive annual and quarterly influencer marketing strategies aligned with
client business goals.
● Lead client pitches, strategic planning, and brand positioning initiatives.
● Oversee campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive innovation.
● Own client P&Ls, billing targets, resource planning, and overall profitability.
● Review and approve key deliverables, strategies, and client presentations.
● Ensure contract renewals, financial tracking, and timely payment follow-ups.
● Act as the final escalation point for high-priority client and internal issues.
● Drive industry research, identify new business opportunities, and enable upselling.
● Lead development of case studies, partnerships, and award-winning work.
● Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams while ensuring operational efficiency.
● Establish strong client relationships and align on long-term business growth.
Preferred Skills:
● 10+ years of experience in influencer/digital marketing with strong leadership
experience.
● Expertise in business strategy, financial management, and revenue growth.
● Strong client management and stakeholder leadership skills.
● Excellent communication and ability to present complex strategies.
● Strong business and financial acumen with a results-driven mindset.
