Role Description
The Director of Food & Beverage will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations for a 240-key preopening hotel in Indore. This full-time, on-site role requires the individual to develop and implement strategies to ensure exceptional dining experiences, cost control, and revenue optimization. Responsibilities include managing F&B outlets, coordinating with culinary teams, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, executing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards. The Director will also lead, mentor, and motivate the F&B team to exceed service expectations while upholding the brand's legacy of excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Food & Beverage management, Food Service operations, and Culinary expertise
- Proficiency in Budgeting and Financial Planning
- Proven ability to ensure and enhance Customer Satisfaction
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Prior experience in preopening of hotels or F&B establishments is highly desirable
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring attention to detail and service excellence
