We seek a “Director Food & Beverage” for one of Bangalore's Leading Luxury International Hotel brands.
CTC: Up to ₹32 lacs p.a. based on the candidate's experience and capability
Requirements, Qualifications, and Skills
- Only a Luxury Hotel F&B Manager with 10 years of managerial experience may apply
- Experience of at least 05 years with Luxury Hotels (including International Brands)
- BHM Degree-level qualification
- Luxury standards of F&B quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding guest services
- Monitors, develops, and implements profitable delivery in restaurants, bars, and banquets
- Budgeting, Revenue Focus, F&B Controls, Payroll Control, Menu Design, Administration, and Planning
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef as well as supporting departments
- Achieve desired F&B Quality and Services, Hygiene, merchandising, and promotions
- Lead Guest Delight to create an F&B brand of repute
- Builds a high-performing F&B Team
