Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Director of Finance and Operations to oversee and drive financial planning, reporting, and operational efficiency. This full-time, on-site role is based in Chennai and calls for expertise in financial management, operational strategy implementation, and team leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing financial reporting, supervising operational processes, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making. Additionally, the Director will collaborate across teams to optimize financial strategies and ensure organizational goals are achieved.

Role Overview
Leadership role heading Finance Operations for a high‑growth organization with strong exposure to SaaS business models.Responsible for end‑to‑end finance functions, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and high‑quality financial governance.
Drive core Finance operations across P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A, and financial controls.
Lead US GAAP‑compliant accounting, monthly close, audits, and financial reporting.
20+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Audit, and Accounting.
Strong background in US Accounting with hands‑on experience in US GAAP.
Preferred Background
Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
Candidates only from Big 4 (EY, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG) or top-tier CA firms.
Strong exposure to global operations, process transformation, and audit environments.
