Role Summary
The Director of Digital Growth & Marketing Systems owns RapidCanvas’s
end-to-end digital ecosystem—from the public website to the underlying marketing technology, automation, and intelligence layer that powers GTM execution.
This role is responsible for
large-scale website revamps, ongoing web evolution, and the
architecture and orchestration of martech systems, ensuring they are deeply integrated with RapidCanvas’s
Second Brain, proprietary AI automation, and go-to-market workflows.
They operate as both
strategic architect and executional leader, translating brand, product, and revenue strategy into scalable digital systems that are intelligent, resilient, responsive, and measurable.
Success in this role means RapidCanvas’s website and digital ecosystem

Internally, The Digital Ecosystem
- Is confidently used by Sales in live deals and outbound motions
- Is trusted by Marketing as a stable platform for launches, campaigns, and experimentation
- Reduces manual work through well-designed systems, automation, and AI-assisted workflows
- Reflects how RapidCanvas actually operates—so teams are proud to send people there
Operationally
- Website evolution is roadmap-driven, not reactive
- Large revamps are delivered on time, on strategy, and without downstream disruption
- Martech systems are documented, integrated, and continuously improved—not over-engineered
- Performance is measurable, visible, and used to guide decisions
In short: the Director builds a digital
system that compounds value over time,
strengthens GTM execution, and
enables the company to move faster with confidence.
